'Heartless' Senate bill slashes Medicaid, offers $2 billion in opioid funds

President Trump said the Senate bill should have more “heart,” but industry experts reviewing the draft after its release today don’t believe it contains any heart at all. For one, the bill would end Medicaid expansion in 2020.
